Dry Ice & Abrasive Mobile Blasting

Minnesota Blasting delivers mobile surface preparation, cleaning, and restoration using cutting-edge abrasive, dry ice, and wet/vapor blasting technologies. Whether you're maintaining industrial equipment or products, restoring buildings and structures, or cleaning a food processing line, our solutions are safe and efficient.
Minnesota Blasting uses a suite of three different surface preparation technologies to best match project needs

Our mobile abrasive blasting is a highly effective surface treatment for the removal of rust, paint, scale, and contaminants, while creating an appropriate profile for coatings. Ideal for preparing metal, wood, and other materials. With a range of media options tailored to each application, our abrasive blasting services deliver fast, consistent, and thorough results.

Dry ice blasting is a powerful cleaning method that uses compressed CO₂ pellets to safely remove oils, grease, mold, soot, and other contaminants. Upon impact, the pellets instantly sublimate—turning to gas—leaving no secondary waste behind. The extreme cold sterilizes surfaces, making it ideal for clean-in-place applications in food processing and handling, as well as delicate or hard-to-reach areas.
With no water and no chemicals, dry ice blasting delivers deep, effective cleaning while protecting both your equipment and the environment.

Wet (or vapor) blasting combines water with abrasive media to gently and effectively prepare surfaces while dramatically reducing airborne dust. This low-dust approach makes it ideal for use in sensitive or occupied areas, such as job sites near other workers or public spaces where safety, surface integrity, and cleanliness are top priorities.
